Refund Policy:

Full refunds are available and will be issued in the same form of payment used to make the reservation.  Request for cancellations must be submitted in writing to [email protected] and will be accepted up to 30 days prior to the event.  Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event, ECMO PRN reserves the right to issue a full refund.

ECMO PRN is not responsible for nonrefundable, nontransferable airline tickets or hotel accommodations purchased for this course by an attendee/registrant.  If ECMO PRN cancels this event, it is not responsible for any airfare, hotel, or other costs incurred by attendees/registrants.
